We are the boondocking type, so the new restroom/shower/laundry facilities and wifi is truly a glamping experience. We were excited to find a RV park in Gustavus, enabling us to drive our RV onto the ferry and having the freedom to explore Gustavus and Glacier Bay National Park. The owners are further beautifying the place.

Hollywood Farms RV Park is a NEW locally owned seasonal RV park, located just 3 miles from the entrance of GLACIER BAY NATIONAL PARK.

Our RV park offers a NEW bathhouse facility that includes Wi-Fi, laundry, 2 bathrooms and 1 shower. Sites offer 30 amp power and water. There is a dump station on site as well. so stay as long as you want! There is a grocery store next door, but take advantage of stocking up on supplies before you arrive, as hours of operation and essential supplies may become limited, a little pricey, or nonexistent in Gustavus from time to time.

To get to Glacier Bay National Park, you will take the Alaska Marine Highway to Gustavus, located in Southeast Alaska. We are a short 4 hour ferry ride from Juneau, Alaska's capitol city!

2 options for getting here in your RV;

1) You can drive the highway from northern Alaska and down through Canada to Haines or Skagway, Alaska. From there, you'll connect to the Alaska Marine Highway. This is a wonderful road trip adventure followed by a couple short boat trips.

2) You can also connect to the Alaska Marine Highway from the lower 48 in Bellingham, Washington. This boat ride is a few days, but might be a pretty cool start to your Alaskan adventure! This is the independent cruise of a lifetime without all the hustle and bustle of a busy cruise ship vacation. Pack your own supplies for a 3 day boat ride, and be sure to rent a state room if you'd like some privacy, however you can also pitch a tent on the ferry! Yep - camping in tents is permitted and can save you some cash. There is a heated sun deck that is perfect for camping! You can even pack your own food for the trip and save a few more bucks if you're on a tight budget.

*You wont be allowed access to your RV while underway due to Coast Guard regulations. But you can check on things, your pets, etc, while stopping in ports along the way.

*Be sure to make your ferry reservations ahead of time to ensure a spot on the boat. Reservations can fill up fast so plan ahead! They can be reached at 1-800-642-0066 to answer all your questions. Be sure to have the details  of your vehicle like make/model and length of your camper if towing to be sure she can fit/navigate on deck!

Once in Gustavus, the entrance to our RV park is 2.5 miles from the ferry dock. Glacier Bay National Park is just 3 miles from your campsite! Take a left at the stop sign, locally known as "4 corners", when you drive off the ferry, toward Glacier Bay National Park. We're just 2 miles down the road on the right!

*To BOOK NOW for the upcoming summer season in our RV Park, select the "MAKE APPOINTMENT" button and start planning your next road trip adventure!

*Wi-Fi is available in our park, however, cell phones may or may not work in our community depending on your carrier. We get our signal from an AT&T tower located on Hoonah Mtn. about 30 miles away, with a tower in town to capture and amplify the signal.

*Verizon is NOT supported by the AT&T tower, therefore, unfortunately this service will not work in our community.
